UPDATE 7 SOLVED: the issue was with the PSU. Parts can be seen in the sidebar thingy, but here they are anyways. CPU: AMD FX 6300 (AM3+) RAM: 4 x 4GB DDR3 160 (2x v73t4gnabki)/ (2x corsair value select) Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AM3+. I don't really have any chance to swap parts to troubleshoot. (Power-On-Self Test): CPU, memory modules, VGA. What I've done thus far is remove and put back the CMOS battery, re-install both GPU and CPU + cooler.
